Grievance Redressal Process

  1. Submit Complaint
    Student submits a written complaint through the online portal, email, or grievance box
  2. Acknowledgment
    Complaint is acknowledged within 2 working days with a unique reference number
  3. Initial Review
    Committee reviews the complaint and determines if it falls under their jurisdiction
  4. Investigation
    Detailed investigation is conducted, and both parties are given a fair hearing
  5. Resolution
    Committee recommends appropriate action within 15 working days
  6. Follow-up
    Implementation of the decision is monitored and feedback is collected

No Victimization: Students filing genuine grievances will not face any adverse consequences or discrimination.
