An Autonomous Scientific Society under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology
NIELIT, Gorakhpur Centre (formerly DOEACC Society) was established as Centre for Electronics Design & Technology of India (CEDTI) in June 1989. It operates under the administrative control of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. The centre supports training, consultancy, design, and product development needs of small-scale IT industries. Spread over 4800 sq. meters, the campus includes hostel accommodation for 70 students and promotes entrepreneurship through various training programmes.
