The Internal Complaints Committee is constituted as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, to provide a safe and secure environment for all members of the institution.
Confidentiality: All complaints and proceedings are kept strictly confidential. The identity of the complainant, respondent, and witnesses will not be disclosed.
No Retaliation: The institution ensures that no adverse action will be taken against the complainant or witnesses for filing a complaint in good faith.
Support Services: Counseling and support services are available for complainants throughout the inquiry process.
